The XXI symposium “Nanophysics and Nanoelectronics” took place in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, on March 13-16.
The Symposium scientific thematic covers a wide range of subjects of Condensed Matter Physics.
Participants of symposium presented 444 scientific reports in 5 thematic sections:
- Semiconductor nanostructures,
- Scanning probe microscopy,
- X-ray optics,
- Superconducting nanostructures,
- Magnetic nanostructures.
NT-MDT SI members also presented reports which were dedicated to the following subjects:
Scanning probe microscopy and spectroscopy progress. Speaker – Dr. V. Bykov
Hybrid mode PFM. Speaker – Dr. V. Polyakov
NT-MDT SI was also proud to present it’s products at the exhibition section of the symposium.
